Scaffold Netting Supplier
Green scaffold netting, also known as debris netting, is a common sight on construction sites. Its primary purpose is to enhance safety for both workers and the public by containing debris, dust, and small objects that might fall from scaffolding.
AJ Building provides you with high-quality, customizable safety net products that meet international standards. We also provide scaffolding and formwork products, a one-stop building materials procurement service. Welcome to consult!
Purpose and Benefits
Community charging overall solution covers all application
-
Debris Containment
The most crucial function is to prevent tools, materials, and other falling objects from injuring people below or damaging property. -
Worker Safety
It can also protect workers on the scaffold from strong winds, rain, and excessive sun, improving their working conditions. -
Dust and Noise Reduction
The netting can help to reduce the spread of dust and can slightly dampen noise from the construction site.
Specification
- Material: Most green scaffolding nets are made of UV-resistant polyethylene (PE) or high-density polyethylene (HDPE) monofilament. Some styles may also use PVC-coated polyester fiber or nylon and add UV stabilizers to effectively extend the service life.
- Structure: Open-weave mesh is usually used. The special mesh structure design allows air circulation while effectively blocking debris, effectively reducing the wind load of the scaffolding in strong winds, ensuring the stability of the scaffolding structure, and improving the comfort of workers.
- Reinforced edges: Reinforced edges are usually provided with holes or grommets to allow for easy and secure attachment to the scaffolding structure using cable ties or shock cords.
- Weight and Durability: Weight is measured in grams per square meter (gsm) and reflects its strength and durability. Heavier nets are generally stronger and more durable.
- Flame Retardant: Flame retardant options are available and may be required by certain building codes.
- Size: Common widths include 1.8m (6ft), 2m (6.5ft), 3m (10ft), etc., and lengths can be up to 50m (164ft) or longer rolls. (Common mesh sizes are approximately 3mm x 3mm to 10mm x 10mm).

Usage Scenarios
High-rise building construction: Ensure the safety of high-altitude operations to prevent injuries from falling objects.
Exterior decoration and renovation: Protect pedestrians below and control dust and paint splatter.
Bridge and tunnel engineering: provide necessary safety protection.
Demolition projects: Effectively control debris and dust generated during the demolition process.
Temporary Fences and Barriers: Can be used as temporary safety fences to restrict access to hazardous areas.
